- We kindly ask that returned items be sent back in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging whenever possible. Items that show significant signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- To help ensure a smooth return process, please avoid writing on, taping, or placing shipping labels or stickers directly on the manufacturers packaging.
- Custom-made, personalized, special-order, or custom-configured products are created specifically for your order and are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your product arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
